Oil Skimmer – Oil Separator

The Marwis Oil Skimmer is a high-performance device designed to remove oil contamination from cleaning liquids and coolants, specifically developed for use in industrial environments with high workload.

Ideally suited for:

Industrial basket washing machines, where a high oil content shortens the service life of cleaning baths and generates high operating costs

Machining processes, where every minute of machine downtime counts and an extended coolant lifetime brings direct cost savings

The device enables automatic oil separation directly in the tank – it collects only the top layer of contaminated liquid thanks to a specially designed intake. The pumped liquid passes through filters that retain solid contaminants (e.g., chips), and then enters the main chamber, where the oil is separated by coalescence. The cleaned liquid is returned to the system, while the separated oil is collected in a dedicated container.

With a separation efficiency of over 99%, the device significantly extends the service life of process fluids and greatly reduces replacement costs.
