Inside the cleaning chamber, filters are installed to prevent contaminants from entering the room where the machine is located. The use of a three-stage filtration system for wastewater also prevents the spread of impurities and extends the lifespan of the water-cleaning agent mixture.
Solutions to Prevent Filter Damage

Additional Safety Measures
Many of the operator’s tasks are handled by the DPF DUO Premium’s control system. The operator selects the individual sequence of water, cleaning agent, and compressed air supply during the DPF regeneration, with all programs designed to ensure maximum cleaning efficiency for each filter.
Safety and the prevention of potential damage are the highest priorities in the DPF regeneration process. Therefore, the device is equipped with protective mechanisms that prevent excessive pressure inside the filter during cleaning, as well as the absence of airflow during the drying process.
