DPF DUO PREMIUM
The DPF DUO Premium washer is one of the flagship products of the Polish company Marwis, which has been supplying cleaning and washing equipment for workshops and industrial facilities for years.
The operating principle of the DPF washer is simple while delivering excellent results. It cleans particulate filters from deposits, soot, and ash, restoring their original permeability. The regeneration process does not affect the filter structure – damage is excluded, ensuring that the filter continues to reliably capture harmful particles over a long period after reinstallation.

Restore up to 99% of the filter’s original permeability
How does the regeneration process work?
To remove contaminants, water is enriched with special cleaning chemicals. This mixture circulates in a closed loop and is continuously filtered, which significantly extends its service life. The “magic” of the DPF washer lies in the precise combination of water, cleaning chemicals, and compressed air, with their supply precisely managed by a computer program. Nothing is left to chance – the machine continuously monitors the pressure of the streams acting on the filter.

Efficient operation with the DPF washer
Cleaning is the first, but not the last step in the filter regeneration process. Immediately afterwards, the drying process begins. To ensure complete evaporation of the cleaning agent, a 90°C hot air stream is used.
To meet customer expectations, Marwis decided to separate the washing and drying systems. This modification has delivered the desired results – the system’s efficiency has been significantly improved. This means that while one filter is drying, the next can already be cleaned without downtime. This change increases the machine’s productivity and significantly shortens the investment’s payback period.

Measurement of backpressure and flow rates
The DPF DUO Premium washer is also equipped with another valuable feature: the ability to measure backpressure and flow rates. These measurements can be performed both before and after cleaning, providing clear insights into parameter improvements. It is a straightforward way to compare results and demonstrate the success of the regeneration process.
