Opis

Felgen Cleaner is a tank designed for removing paint coatings. It is used in wheel refurbishment, especially for rims with complex designs.

Wheel etching, meaning cleaning with a chemical bath, is a process that removes all layers of paint from the rim’s surface. It is a device that holds approximately 800 liters of liquid, equipped with a temperature and bath-time control system. Additionally, an oil jacket ensures even temperature distribution inside the tank. This solution allows the use of chemicals from virtually any manufacturer, even at eighty degrees Celsius.
The unit features a hoist: an integrated lifting and lowering mechanism for the load, allowing rims to be placed inside without external equipment—making it an autonomous workshop solution. An additional advantage of the Felgen Cleaner machine is the remote control panel, which allows operation/control from a distance of 5 meters. This solution enhances safety and workplace hygiene.
