This equipment set is designed to maximize the efficiency of the DPF regeneration process. A well-organized operator can work with up to three filters at the same time.

The machine removes soot and ash from DPF/FAP filters without damaging the filter’s structure, restoring up to 99% of its original flow capacity. Our engineers have ensured that both the cleaning process and the detergents used are safe for the environment and for the machine operator.

The operator checks the filter for mechanical damage using an endoscope camera. If signs of thermal damage, cracks in the ceramic core, or other structural defects are found, regeneration is not possible.
The regeneration process takes place in a closed chamber equipped with filters that prevent the release of harmful contaminants into the work area. The cleaning fluid circulates in a closed loop and is filtered throughout the entire process, significantly extending bath life.
DPF DUO Premium cleans filters using water, chemicals, and compressed air. A carefully designed, computer-controlled sequence of chemical and air pulses ensures highly effective regeneration.

After cleaning, the filter is dried with air at 90°C, ensuring complete evaporation of the cleaning fluid.
Once drying is complete, the machine performs a final backpressure test. This test can also be performed before cleaning to compare before-and-after values.
The system includes a built-in printer for generating a printed test report.

Cleaning time:
For passenger car and van filters, the washing cycle takes 20–40 minutes, allowing up to a dozen filters to be regenerated during an 8-hour shift.
High efficiency combined with low operating costs ensures a rapid return on investment.
