Automatic Basket Washer MRS-WASH 1500XL – Multifunctional Washing System for Large-Size Components

The MRS-Wash 1500XL is a modern, multifunctional washing system specially designed for the efficient cleaning of large and complex components. Equipped with a practical loading and unloading table, it allows for the convenient handling of oversized parts.

At the heart of the unit is a motor-driven rotating basket in which the cleaning process runs fully automatically. Thanks to the use of precisely positioned spray nozzles, the cleaning is fast, thorough, and consistent.

An additional advantage of the system is the side-mounted control panel, which enables manual post-cleaning of hard-to-reach areas and intricately shaped parts. Manual cleaning is performed using a high-pressure jet (140 bar) via a pressure lance connected to a flexible hose. The operation is carried out using professional protective gloves.

The entire process – both automatic and manual – takes place in a single chamber, which saves space and significantly simplifies work organization. The MRS-Wash 1500XL is a reliable solution for industrial applications where precision, efficiency, and ease of use are essential.

Function Description:
After switching on the unit using the main switch, the cleaning bath begins to heat up. Once the preset temperature is reached, the washing cycle can be started. The first phase is the main wash. The duration of this process can be continuously adjusted using the timer integrated into the control cabinet. When the set time elapses, the washing process ends automatically.
