The self-priming MARWIS special pump (included in the scope of delivery) pumps the cleaning liquid

from the drum via a hose to the cleaning brush (hollow brush). The work piece lying on the support is simply

cleaned by using a brush and cleaning liquid. The device is directly mounted on the cleaning drum.

The dirty liquid runs back into the drum via the support, tray and discharge nozzle.

The heavy dirt particles will settle on the bottom of the drum. The clean cleaning liquid is always pumped from the top of the drum.

the manual and semi-automatic cleaning of greasy plastic and metal components; amongst others, for the following:

Industrial parts cleaning and degreasing of surfaces. Maintenance and repair of production facilities, conveyors,

fittings, pumps, motors and other machine parts Repair and maintenance of all kind of means of transportation,

e.g. trucks, motor vehicles, rail vehicles, fork lifts and conveyor vehicles, agricultural and construction machines

The device is operated with MARWIS special cleaning agents using the cold cleaning process.

The cleaning agent does not have to be heated up saving you time and operating costs.

MARWIS parts cleaning devices are combined with solvent drums to make up operation units in which

the cleaning agent is circulated until its saturation. Thanks to the multiple application of the cleaning agent,

you will protect the environment and save on operating costs as well.

Warranty We provide a 2-year extended manufacturer’s warranty for our devices

and pumps when used in cmbination with Marwis special cleaning agents.
